As an active-duty, US Army Non-Commissioned Officer, I oversaw specific aspects of tactical human intelligence collection while deployed in a combat zone. I evaluated intelligence reports looking for trends and presented conclusions and recommendations to leadership.

Managed HUMINT operations for 4th Infantry Division.
Led 8 soldiers, 17 civilians, 7 interpreters. Selected as Command Language Program Manager.
Trained and mentored a team which produced over 3,500 quality intelligence reports in one year.
Ensured rapid transfer of information from collectors, to analysts, to targeting.
Knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations.
Implemented measures to ensure safety of all military personnel.
Collaborated with Fusion Cell to merge HUMINT with SIGINT and other intelligence sources to provide comprehensive, actionable targeting data.
